I could rave about this property 10000000x. From the reception, to the bar staff, waiters, etc., we were treated so kindly! It was my mom's birthday and they went as far as gifting her a champagne and letting us sing HBD! The access to the ocean was amazing - we ended up spending an entire day in that water instead of traveling else where. The location is perfect - quiet, walkable, beautiful - you can walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. You do have to find parking which we found a bit annoying but we always found nonetheless and it always worked out! The rooms were tidy and always looked after which was great. Free water, free drink coupon upon arrival, breakfast was amazing!!!!! I'm still dreaming about the breakfast actually. This spot is an 10000/10 and I would recommend to anyone visiting Sant Jordi.

My partner and I came to Mallorca and the Universal Cabo Blanco from the US to see the eclipse. We couldn't have chosen better. The hotel and the town are very quiet and relaxing. Our room faced the ocean and west, so we could literally see the eclipse from our balcony. A big con: for an adults-only hotel, ostensibly catering to couples, the beds sucked. They were comfy, but two separate twins pushed together—and they didn't STAY together. Not conducive to coupling, if you know what I mean. There is only street parking if you've rented a car (we didn't). The filtered water station in the lobby was GREATLY appreciated and made great use of. The staff of the hotel are amazing, especially the dining room and bar staff. Even the handyman was nice. And the cleaning staff were attentive. (Note to US travelers; bring your own washcloths. They do not exist in this part of the world.) I also really liked the manager on duty that week. We got the breakfast package which was plentiful and set us up for the day. We only ate at the restaurant for dinner once or twice; if you are from the US, the menu is very continental and I wasn't crazy about it, but it was tasty. "Snacks" is really "lunch" and also good, though a tad pricey. Another con: the "beach" is rock and you really need water shoes because the rocks in the water are slippery, but a 20-minute walk gets you to the lovely white sand El Trenc. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve even had… as in small cruse ship small. With the exception of the view… which is phenomenal, the property feels like a Holiday Inn Express. The are cats that use the area near the loungers and balconies as litter boxes. As a result sitting on the balcony was impossible most days as it reeked out there. The bartended was great. But the rest of the staff ranged from moderately helpful to rude. On our first night a ceiling light started to leak water. As water and electricity don’t mix, and the puddle on the floor, we told the desk. The response was it’s “ a known problem” and they handed us some towels to clean up the water ourselves. They did fix it the next day. The hallway carpets had multiple bleach spots on them, in our room the floor had stains in multiple places. It’s clear they don’t keep up on maintenance. The buffet food is cafeteria level, the entrees, we’re disgusting. We only had dinner there twice. We both took 2 bites and passed on the rest. The food came so quickly, it was clear it’s pre-cooked and held on steam tables in the back.. only plated to order. And they charge for water… the same water you can get in the lobby for free. The bottle they brought us had lipstick on it. The view was perfect for the eclipse. But if I Everton back to Mallorca, I will stay at another hotel. If you’re going to this town and will have a car, find a hotel with parking. And do not stay at a Universal property.

Sehr tolles Erwachsenen-Hotel direkt am Meer gelegen. Zimmer sauber und gross genug um sich wohl zu fühlen. Balkon war relativ klein, reichte aber um sich Abends hinzusetzen. Frühstück mit Mischung aus Buffet und à la Carte (Eier, Porridge, Omlette etc.), Abendessen mit Salat vom Buffet und Auswahl aus je drei Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen. Wenns mal nicht passt, hat es als Alternative einige Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Die Bar bietet eine kleine aber feine Auswahl, im Schwesterhotel direkt daneben gibt es zudem eine Rooftop-Bar. Liegeplätze am Pool bzw. Garten sind genügend vorhanden, allerdings ab Mittag fast alle an der prallen Sonne, die kleinen Strohschirme vermögen da nicht wirklich Schutz zu bieten. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze bietet das Hotel keine an, an der Hauptstrasse bzw. Carreró s'Hostal findet man aber (zumindest Anfang September) genügend Gratis-Parkplätze

Wirklich schöner Sandstrand, der nicht überfüllt ist, leider nur mit einer Wanderung von 45min bis 1 h erreichbar, aber direkt vorm Hotel kann man schön schnorcheln Das Personal war an sich sehr freundlich, leider gab es beim angebotenen Rück Transport zum Flughafen Schwierigkeiten, wo das Personal zunächst meinte man hätte noch Zeit und soll morgen nochmal kommen, dann war jemand anders da der sich nicht gut auskannte und meinte wieder morgen reicht auch und er schreibt es aber auf und dann war’s auf einmal zu spät und ging nicht mehr… sehr schade… ansonsten sehr hilfsbereit und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Liegen mit Top view sind leider schnell besetzt.

Die Aussicht und der tägliche Sundown sind einfach ein Traum! Ausnahmslos alle vom Personal sind sehr motiviert, freundlich und bemüht. Die Anlage ist wirklich sauber, die Zimmer sind eher klein, dafür aber mit Meerblick. Das Reservieren der Liegen ist nicht erlaubt, darauf wird gleich bei Ankunft hingewiesen, falls sich jemand nicht daran hält, gibt es eine schriftliche Erinnerung. Diese Handhabung fanden wir super, weil dadurch immer irgendwo freie Liegen waren. Die Anlage als ganzes ist sehr ruhig und gediegen. Das Essen war gut, hier ist aber noch Luft nach oben! Jedenfalls gibt es von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Kleineres, gemütliches Hotel „for adults only“, das alle Wünsche erfüllt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Ausstattung ist modern & stylisch und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück ist absolut top mit sehr viel gesunden Alternativen. Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls hervorragend mit Salat- & Dessertbuffet und à la card Menus inklusive. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Positiv: Das Zimmer war in einem ausgezeichnetem Zustand, die Einrichtung neu, die Terrasse perfekt von Größe und Ausstattung, toller Meeresblick. Das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielsprachig, gute Weinberatung, hervorragendes Abendessen und Frühstück. Negativ: Heiss / Kaltwasser in der Dusche häufig unkontrollierbar, Klimaanlage kühlte nicht, aber im Oktober kam es von draußen kühl herein.
