"High standard in every aspect. Only there for one night unfortunately but we were upgraded and given complimentary breakfast too. Fabulous, central location with great staff. Made use of the gym and the pool and ate in the restaurant where again the food and service were exceptional."

"Room was small and relatively clean, but modern, as was the building and facilities. Staff at the lobby had no idea how to fix the most basic check-in issues. When we requested more soap we were told it was a "courtesy" and that additional soap would not be provided. "

"I think I made the right choice in making this booking. First, the host made me feel like home always checking whether everything was great or if I need any help. Secondly, I was allowed an early check in which made a huge difference to me since I was coming from long hours flight. In conclusion, the apartment was gorgeous, clean and big enough with the necessary amenities. The location was perfect just besides Radisson Hotel and a block away from one of the busiest avenues - Av. Paulista....

No entanto o flat estava com cheiro de mofo e no domingo 09/11/2025 por volta das 09hr da manhã, faltou água e com isso nem conseguimos tomar banho… o que realmente é desanimador, já que nem fui ao menos informado desta ocorrência."
