I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around...

"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."
