"So glad we chose the Albergo Alpenrose for our weekend ski trip. It’s next to the lift for local slopes, and close to the bus stop that has free services to the wider Monterosa ski area. Sylvia offered a warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The sauna was a bonus at the end of a long day on the slopes. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"
