"The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. "Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience."
