"The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card. "

"I was only there for one night. Got in late left early but was a good experience for the short time. No breakfast offered. "

"Our experience started with an unfriendly manager. The young clerk was helpful and carried our bags across the parking lot to the building where the suites were located. Small microwave and nice refrigerator. The faucet at the vanity was very stiff and hard to turn on and off. We requested an ADA room, but were supplied regular suite. Not a roll in shower as requested. Just a tub with no hand rails in a very small bathroom. When I advised the clerk he said he could change our room for $10. But only for the first two of three nights! I didn't realize until I got the final bill that the rate increased each night. $5 the second night and $30 more the third night! I am not pleased with this experience and will not be using Hotels.com or Choice hotels in the future."

"Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Hot Tub jets were not working but the water was hot.. My wife and I were frustrated with the TV remote because it would not change The Channels…. Would work otherwise.. Missed most of both games we were trying to watch…"

"They are remodeling the rooms so everything was super dusty but I love the upgrades and remodeling they are doing. The floors are hardwood which made it nice because we had our puppy with us. Staff was great and our stay was really good. Location is excellent because it’s right off the interstate and next to Winco and gas stations. We will for sure stay there again. "
