"Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...

From the groundskeepers to the housekeepers, waitresses, bartenders and security they are a top notch resort for safety, cleaniless, well-kept grounds and beach that compares to no others we have found traveling to Negril over a decade. "Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. This property has so much potential but I am afraid it’s a tad bit neglected because it is the smaller of the 3 properties. The concept of the room is amazing. "I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. The accommodations were somewhat rudimentary, as evidenced by the need to manually screw in the light bulb to activate the lighting in the bedroom. Furthermore, the door required the use of a key to secure it from both the inside and outside, which may be perceived as inconvenient by some guests. "Right on the beach with a bar and restaurant. Great friendly staff!!! Centrally located to the bars and restaurants- walkable. Also, taxi’s available nearby in walking distance. Look for RED tagged taxis. Con: door lock hard to maneuver-need to replace lock on door. Room bedding/ decor looked outdated. Need new sink faucets outdated and malfunctioning. It’s place to have fun and don’t plan on sleeping well overnight until 3am as music from nearby bars is loud. Fine for us as we were there for...

"Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
