"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, who helped our family of 3 get into a room early after an overnight flight into Heathrow. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Paddington station, but on a quiet street. The complementary breakfast is quite good - full English or cereal. "yes it was a lovely . we had a nice meal on friday night. the staff was very friendly, and the room nice and clean couldnt ask for a better place to stay , unfortunate we had to leave on the Saturday morning because of family ploblems back in Norwich , we were looking forward to staying till the morning morning . we will be back .
