"The bathroom was covered in black mold (myself and my children are allergic to mold!) and the room actually smelled like someone’s basement. We asked the front desk to move our room since they were unwilling to give us a refund and they moved our room, the new room had garbage on the floor and blood on the bed sheets; still refused to refund us. We were forced to stay after paying $200 for this nightmare, and then in the morning, we were awoken by a domestic dispute in the room next to us. All in all, an absolutely terrible hotel and terrible stay. NOT recommended! I wish they would have honored the refund! BAD BUSINESS."
"Walked into lobby to check in, and only thing i could hear was a voice yelling can i help you (come to find out it was on the camera system) finally a person came to check me in, get signed in and given 1 key for the room. Get to the room and it was hot in there. The shower had fresh water in it, there was urine on the top of the toliet, there was stuff screwed in place, and lamps powering other lamps. The amout of foot traffic in the parking lot was ridiculous for the short time i was there. "
"Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again. "
"Admittedly, everyone knows you get what you pay for, but I could not recommend this hotel to anybody! While there was a relative amount of cleanliness, the place was outdated and substandard! Our room had a nasty smell to it too!! The worst and most disappointing feature was the breakfast. Everyone knows what a standard included.Breakfast is like but they didn't offer anything other than pancake batter to make waffles. In a couple small boxes of cereal.
Lastly, when you check in at the front desk, there's an enormous picture of a pagan idol!! A very creepy blue figurine that stares at you and leaves you feeling creepy! It does not seem like the right place for an owner to hang their favorite "god" or "goddess"!"
"The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer.
One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. "
