Staff was very helpful. So glad they have washer and dryer on two different floors. They even supplied clothing detergent for free. We did several loads of laundry. Mainly had to walk a few blocks to go to some good authentic restaurants. It is a long walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar; we took Uber most days. Hercules square is very close, kids playing into the evening there. Police station is there too. We are glad we stayed there.

We had a superb stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. There's a washer/dryer available for free to guest, on the 2nd floor. The pool is nice, with lounger chairs + umbrellas, and the water was warm, even in May, which was nice after a hot day outside. Pool area always has part shade, part sun, which ever feels good for you. 10/10 for everything.

Good location, the nearby restaurants were good and the proximity to both the river and main tourist area was good. Only mild complaint was that the check was delayed by about an hour and a half without a heads up, but a late check out was allowed to compensate. Would recommend this place.
