Perfect for a weekend to Seville.

This accomodation was a total gem, right in a central location for visiting the sights of Seville. The wrap around balcony was amazing and inside the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. The second bed is a sofa bed, which is comfortable enough for two children or one adult. The main double bed was great. Only warning is that the stairs are quite a struggle with a heavy case. But if you're travelling a little lighter then this place is 100% perfect. I will definitely be booking again next time I visit Seville.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room room located right in front of the market. We travelled with kids so it was great to pick up fruit for them across the street and stop by for an easy, casual breakfast. The owner was so great at communicating, and had very helpful tips, especially about parking. Would stay here again.

Lukanda Arenal has a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We very much enjoyed the dining options near the room and the central location made everywhere walkable.

Excellent host. Good communication and fantastic location. The only small downside is there seem to be some plumbing issues, which is unavoidable with historical buildings located in old towns. The restaurant on ground floor seems fantastic but unfortunately booked out during our stay.

Love the tall windows of the room! It’s well equipped with fridge and microwave, coffee machine and hot water kettle. Location is wonderful- literally next door to a food market place and many cafes. We went to an excellent flamenco show that was one minute walk away. The host Rocio was very helpful and responsive, who also gave us the recommendation of the flamenco show. We loved the place.

Quiet, affordable and clean, near Puente Isabel

Very clean, modern, and efficient. Despite the central location it was quiet, possibly with double pane windows. Across the street from the Mercado Arenal, with lots of windows and two small balconies. Responsive staff even though nobody was onsite.

We stayed in the Green apartment with a large rooftop terrace. Great location, walking distance to the bus station & many cafes, the bullring, downtown shops etc Clean, spacious & comfortable. No china cups, though, only paper cups for tea & coffee-making. Otherwise perfect. Host was rapidly responsive to all our queries, too.

Great location close to the pedestrian centre but it was impossible to find a free parking (the closest one costed us 30€ for 1 and a half days). The room was well furnished and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pretty spacious. The only negative aspect was the bad smell coming from the bathroom, maybe from a weak plumbing system. The recommendations provided have been very helpful to experience Seville at its best.

Overall it was very clean and conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, down town, flamenco show, etc. the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the main door entrance can be heard every time somebody uses it, basically it is slammed to close, even though there is a sign asking to close carefully but people seem to ignore it. Be aware that in order to get to the second floor you need to go 42 steps up in a narrow staircase, there is no elevator so travel light if you can.
