"They’re minutes from the airport but shuttle took 20 minutes and I had to call twice. I asked for complimentary water bottle upon checking in. They did not provide. Said I could buy some. Both unsatisfactory in my opinion."

"Large, clean room. Bath tub drain wouldn’t drain but staff up to fix in within minutes of reporting the problem, excellent service. Breakfast was warm, lots of it but very basic. Large breakfast room. Thought that there would be lots of airplane noise as it abuts the airport but heard nothing."
