"The bathroom in the room smelled like cigarettes, I reported it to the hotel staff and they gave me some air freshener. But I could still smell it the next morning. It stunk too much for me to take my shower at night."

"Our family of 5 stayed here this past weekend to go to Elk Mountain for our daughter’s birthday. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean. The free breakfast was excellent. The amenities were great…the indoor pool & hot tub were nice to have. Our youngest is a toddler and him & I were able to walk right from the hotel 5 minutes away to a Chuck E. Cheese…so he had the best time too! The hotel staff (especially Jerome & Kevin) were SO friendly and helpful. They really went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough great things about our experience!"

"Doors all slam, so you wake up any time someone on your floor goes in or out of their room. People were smoking in their rooms, smell came through fan in bathroom. Dirty carpets. Pretty shabby place. "
