"My husband and I love to stay here. Hotel Crosby has been an annual staple of ours for about 10 years. The staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We typically choose the King Standard as costs have continued to climb but have been pleasantly impressed with the upgrade to the King Suite and balcony view of the morning street. The hot tub is enjoyed by myself most in the winter months but is conveniently year round for those who enjoy sweating in the summer months. The attached restaurant, The Matchstick, and kitchen staff are simply incredible. It is obvious that they do not serve anything that they are not completely behind 100%. Hotel Crosby is conveniently located downtown, nestled between shops, close to markets and breweries, and of course the river. With dedicated covered ramp parking and a beautiful outdoor space for lounging or dining, it's easy to see why they are always busy!! Staying during the week can be a little calmer, but we have never had issues with noise during weekends, even with wedding event parties. We will continue to choose and recommend Hotel Crosby to our friends, as it is a very favorite stay for us!"
