"After many years of staying in Beirut, I finally found a hotel that I never hesitate to book again. I’ve stayed here several times and always choose the Executive Room. The hotel itself and the staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very clean, and overall the service is excellent. Every stay has been pleasant and relaxing. That said, there are a few small points I truly hope will be improved by my next visit: • Replacing the towels with newer ones • Vacuuming the rooms before mopping, as I’ve noticed dust and hair under the bed and on the floor • Improving the breakfast buffet variety • Adding a proper coffee machine, especially considering the price of the Executive Rooms Overall, my experiences have been very happy and comfortable, and this remains my favourite hotel in Beirut. I’m confident that with these small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I look forward to my next stay."

"Terrible experience from start to finish. Hotels.com did not mention any deposit, yet I was later contacted on WhatsApp asking to transfer money, which immediately felt suspicious and unprofessional. The room was unbearable. The hotel directly faces the Port of Beirut, and you are woken up every morning around 6 AM by loud industrial noise. The windows are useless for sound insulation, and the all-glass building turns the room into an oven due to zero insulation. After checkout, I was falsely accused of taking a towel and threatened with extra charges. No proof was provided. This felt dishonest and raises serious trust issues. To make things worse, the deposit refund took two weeks instead of 48 hours, and only after repeated follow-ups that were mostly ignored. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Bad location, bad building, and even worse service. Avoid."

"Disgusting, dirty, smelly, filthy property that doesn't reflect the photos and should be removed as a listing. The property was unclean with dirty towels and the smell of stale smoke. They are fraudsters, who take your deposit and not return it in full. NEVER STAY WITH THEM."

"The place is nice, the balcony is the best part but there were some very basic, fixable issues: 1. there was no hot water. 2. The safe was broken (they said every safe in the hotel was broken). 3. They didn't even stock toilet paper (and there was not shatafa also... But for the price and location it's a nice place if you want to be in Mar Mikhail. "
