I would like to highlight two operational issues that require prompt attention:
Bathroom Facilities: The current taps do not provide hot and cold mixing functionality. An upgrade is necessary to ensure proper hygiene standards and guest comfort, and this should be prioritised as soon as possible.
Catering/Menu Variety: The menu has remained unchanged for an extended period. Introducing additional dishes and rotating options would significantly improve the dining experience and overall satisfaction.
Addressing these items will enhance both service quality and customer perception."

There was a great choice at breakfast and presented very well. Lots of smiles and asked if we slept ok. Definitely recommend this hotel and very close to a lovely beach and town centre."
