On site free laundry washer and dryer, free breakfast during my stay. The gym wasn't much, they had a treadmill, an elliptical, and no weights. Awesome location and across the street from Line 14 Yuyuan Garden station so things were easy to navigate and close to The Bund area.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The free breakfast was amazing, we loved the free drinks in the room, the free laundry was fantastic, and the location was on par. If I ever visit Shanghai again, this is where I will stay.

Perfect location, right next to Yu Garden and the metro makes it very easy to get around. The free laundry was a needed bonus and the front desk staff was very helpful. One of the room attendant was awesome, very customer service oriented. She went above and beyond in customer service. The bedding and the mattress were very clean no smell. It was great! I wanted to return to this hotel but it was not available for the backend of my trip before flying back to Canada. Theresa

The location is perfect to go see the Bund and surroundings and very close to the Yu Garden. Breakfast is quite well assorted, and coffee available all day. For the rooms they provide you with bottled Aquafina water every day included in the price plus 3 beverages each day also inclusive. The Wifi is the only amenity that could be improved, but perhaps that may not lie in the hands of the hotel. I believe that may apply to the available tv channels as well.

This hotel has the best location - right across from Yuyuan gate, a minute walk to Yuyuan subway station line 14 and line 10, a short walk to the bund! Free breakfast (traditional Chinese and Western), free laundry, free water bottles! Rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff is super nice. There are so many great things to say about this place!
