Although we encountered a small issue during our stay, the staff responded with great attentiveness and professionalism, welcoming our feedback with a positive attitude. They even surprised our toddler with a lovely gift, which made the experience extra memorable for our family. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would be happy to return.

Very Friendly staff. Mr. Luigi, the front desk supervisor helped a lot with recommendations, and many other questions. Was very polite and knowledgeable with very good English. Other staff memeber were always ready to help. Some had very little English
