"Don't book this hotel on any website.. Iv booked this hotel a night before my departure, got a taxi all the way frm dubai to Sharjah..when I got there they said they didn't have any booking for me..the rooms were available to rent but the prices were double to what I originally booked. The customer service was none existent.."

"I paid the booking through your website and during the check out the stupid Philipppino receptionist over there asked me the charge again. Even when I show my booking he was not convinced.
