"Great location, good pool and excellent breakfast. Room layout isn't most efficient with a lot of wasted space making the living room cluttered and bedroom small. A few of the staff are good otherwise lack 'wow' feel in the customer service."

"Beautiful large room with a good sized bathroom with a lovely view but not much storage space. Breakfast was very busy and could do with some refining waited 10-15 minutes for hot drinks most days and food items not replenished quickly enough.Possible adult only area would be nice. Staff were very polite but seemed overworked.Pool area was very nice comfy sunbeds and attentive staff. Please note there is no shuttle service to beach."

"The food and drink was first class,plenty variety of food at the buffet restaurant and the Italian,Lebanese and Thai restaurants were out of this world,pools were very busy and the swim up bar was excellent and always plenty alcohol to choose from.the hotel entertainment at night was shocking for the size of hotel,not much variety and pretty boring to be honest,hotel is to far away from Dubai city centre but taxi was about £15-£20 which isn’t much,last thing,the Russian people that were there are arrogant and expect just to walk in front of everybody and think they can get served before everyone else,unfortunately for them there is a queuing system all over the world that they need to follow like the rest of us"
