I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh and felt compelled to write a review highlighting the exceptional service and wonderful experiences we had. First, I must extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Amer at the Reception. His dedication and insistence on making our stay smooth and perfect were truly felt from the very beginning. I would also like to give a special thank you to Olga from Guest Relations. She was incredibly helpful and played a key role in ensuring we could try several of the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Our gratitude also goes to several other outstanding team members who made our days special: · Youseef at the beach burger station, who made the most delicious and juicy burgers. · Chef Saed at the à la carte restaurant L' Olivo, whose pizza, pasta, and steak were remarkable. · The incredible team at the Rixy Kids' Club. They made my daughter so happy that she didn't want to leave! Their energy and activities are a true asset to the resort. · The drivers of the golf carts (most of whom were named Mohamed!). They were fast, efficient, and a lot of fun. The food throughout the resort was largely excellent. The Sapphire Buffet was outstanding—so good that it rivaled some à la carte restaurants!
