"Had the do not disturb sign on door and they still entered room to clean it when asked not to. Someone came in room at 1030 at night turned light on and when said something to them they turned light off and left. Completely unacceptable"

"Wouldn't stay here again. Room had an odd smell, bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Breakfast was as expected however the staff was not taking care of the trash and it was overflowing."
