Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!

The overall stray was ok but when I arrived in our room at 3.50 I called for an ice bucket and glasses as it was my husbands birthday, which I had informed the hotel about! 2 hrs later I called again as it hadn't been brought to our room! Also on previous visits during my husbands birthday a ballon and slice of cake was left for him but this time there was nothing! Maybe this is because the Hilton is closing its doors but I would have expected the same treatment as previous! Had I known that the Hilton was closing before I had booked then I don't think I'd have bothered!

Dont like that i booked this hotel through Expedia, went ok n to their app in plenty of tine to cancel as we knew we couldnt make it but there was a fault on the app and it didn't go through after contracting Expedia after notocing payment was taken by the hotel they said nothing coild be done even though Expedia cpntaxted the hotel to explain and they clearly knew we didnt check in, no refund given now £97 this closs to xmas! Thanks very much! Will never use hilton again!!!

The staff at the Hilton hotel were all very helpful and more than accommodating and friendly. However the actually hotel and room it’s self was far from pleasing. arriving on the Friday night we were told that a party was happening on the 1st floor and that it wouldn’t stop until 12pm. The room it’s self I found beyond poor with the condition and the cleanliness of it

The hotel is very run down. The room is dirty, dated and reeks of men’s cologne. This was one the more expensive hotels in town and I expected more. This does not feel like. Hilton property.
