"stayed here as we were seeing stereophonics at the arena and handy for the tram. dropped the bags in the room and went straight out, got in 2am had breakfast and left. it was clean, breakfast was nice and we slept ok. every staff member was friendly can't say anything bad about the place."

"After a long drive we was greeted by a very rude woman only to be told this was not a hotel anymore and hadent be for 6 years! Very mad about the whole thing...but website still insisted on taking my card details. Had to sleep in the car as was too late to book anything else as at a concert. This was my bday too and spoilt the whole weekend. We were not the only people turned away. Very dissapounted.. Will not use ur website again. Total joke"

"Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"
