"Amazing Receptionist. We arrived bout 3pm nd checked in with no issues. When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. "Chose this hotel for spa due to long flights to get there and was told specifically by the hotel that even though they were closing down that the spa services were still available until the close of the hotel. Got there and asked about spa services and was told that the massage therapists were not accepting any more appointments for the last 3 weeks. So no massage no pain relief. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere!"
