Novotel Surfers Paradise
Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

The room was clean, view was great and the indoor and outdoor pools and spa were amazing. Service was fantastic and the location was right across the road from the beach which was a bonus. everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect.
