"I was suppose to stay for 5 days but ended up leaving the next day. There were stains all over the pillows and the room had a horrible smell. The main issue I had was the toilet. It flooded half the room. I went to the front desk to explain what was going on. They took their sweet time to come to the room, and told me housekeeping will come and clean up the water. 20 minutes later they still didn't showed up. I went back to the front desk to ask what's going on and they basically told that cleaning rooms was more important then the water on my floor. When the they realized I was getting angry, they said they will come in 10 minutes. When housekeeping did show up all they did was take towels with a detachable mop and mop the floor with no cleaning products. That was very unsanitary and very unprofessional.I had enough and decided to check out that morning. They tried to offer me another room but I declined because that should of been the decision they should of made when they saw the water on the floor and knew housekeeping was not going to be there right away. They told me it would take a to 7 business days to get my money back. It's been 10 days and the only money I got back is my deposit and not the other days I was suppose to stay there. I will never go to a Super 8 again."
"Gave us a 2 queen room instead of a king, would’ve preferred the other. The front desk didn’t allow late checkout even though the manager said it was okay a few days prior. I probably won’t go back."

"We walked into the room and our window was wide open... no screen, just wide open. The bed felt like laying on a brick and to make it worse it sagged so bad my husband and I both rolled to the middle of the bed. Also when you walked into the hotel all you could smell was pot."
"Horrible stay my mothers in a walker with a messed up foot she just had surgery on and she had to crawl up stairs because the elevator was done and they wouldn’t accommodate us then proceeded to laugh and embarrass my mother because she had to crawl up the stairs literally laughed in her face our room had stains on the walls couch and beds and one of the tvs didn’t work also this was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel "
