"Clean nice staff "

"There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. "

"The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area. My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles! Everything else...

"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."

"It was a great and pleasant 3 nights. I travel a lot and when I arrived check in was very quick and straightforward. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Very quiet at night which was appreciated and it was everything I needed. I was comfortable so I have no complaints. Thank you. "
