"Website should have mentioned that 1st floor was unavailable due to construction. Helping my elderly Father to 2nd floor from 1st floor was difficult with the location of usable elevator. In addition to staff loudly chatting near front desk about the awful patrons that rip beds apart and leave towels on the floor and overfilled garbage cans."

"Heat did not work Shower diverted extremely hard to pull up Several long earliest found Toilet handle had to be held down to flush..very long flush time, toilet refill cycled ecey 10 minutes or so...bed and pillows all far too firm. All room doors slam shut, very very noisy. No type if breakfast at all, not even a coffee pot. This Idaho falls, where I stay quite often, is off my list. on my never again list. Motel West far better for less money."
