"Don’t be fooled by the entrance pics because it looks amazing and new but the rooms aren’t! The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable but the toilet seat was not bolted down so it would bang every time we used it. The outer doors on the second floor have to be kicked to close otherwise they don’t latch! The outside needs help, it’s dirty and garbage everywhere. The breakfast was amazing and included as we payed ahead but they had no idea when we...

"Did not like that the AC did not work and the temperature of the room was about 80 degrees. Did not give us any heads up before getting there and from past reviews seems like it’s been not working since May! Did not get the rooms we booked and when we asked they said their rewards members get priority. Also their valet parking lot had no room and they have no other parking lot other than a ACE parking lot down the street."

"The rooms were full of dust , smelled the urine and the bedding / pillows smelled . I had to put towels on the beds . my son and husband didn' t even sleep in the room they went and slept on our boat ."

"This property was a stolen identity of the real Comfort Inn. It is a motel located in a not so desirable location. It did not look like a safe area. There were homeless people asleep/passed out on the property. False advertising! Vacationer beware!"

"I had a wonderful time! my room was bright and clean and roomy . The pool was refreshing and comfortable to lounge at a couple of times when I was only person there. (my ideal peaceful place). bikes to use, a breakfast spot attached next door and everything in easy walking distance. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!"

"Everything was above and beyond! The breakfast, the cleanliness, the service, the staff! The only thing was not convenient was the parking (no parking just valet parking which was 65$ per night) but we didn’t need the car so it didn’t bother us much. We also loved the cafe upstairs (dive) it had very good food and drinks! The rooms were very tidy and modern styled! Also just for you to know - the windows don’t open at all. And they face the street so it is a lil noisy."
