After the staff at the Holiday Inn spent more than 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels .com I was finally able to check in. The other room that I booked through Holiday Inn went right on through. This was the sound time that I have had a problem with checking in with Hotels.com. "

"We waited a while to check in as the front desk was on two phone calls. We booked a King room through Expedia but she gave us two doubles instead even after I showed her my confirmation. The rooms were actually clean and ours was updated so that was a plus. The front lobby furniture looked like it was from Grandma's living room. If you want just a quick place to lay your head this is for your but don't look for anything else. "
