"I read the previous review and thought we were in trouble. The cabin has seen some wear, but it is clean. Not out of the 70's at all. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for six of us. The rooms are large and could easily accomodate littles. We did not experience anything negative. "

"We reserved two rooms. Room 1 had no mattress covers, uncertain stains on the mattress, and bare flat sheet coverings. Room 2 had basic mattress cover. Room 2 had a blow dryer, while room 1 did not, even though it was on ammenities list. Room 1 had an operating fridge, room 2 did not. Neither room had a microwave, but the facility had them in the lobby, so we requested 2. Room 1 had uncertain black material on the bathroom floor with caulked tub, shower, and floor molding, while room 2 had better upkeep and care in the restroom. Room 1 had an odor despite running the AC, but room 2 smelled more moldy after the AC operated a night, so it was not used. Room 1 had a used coffee filter in the machine upon arriving. We had to check in at the sister, neighboring office upon late night arrival, so we alerted the desk the following morning, and the young man had another young man bring 2 microwaves to both reserved rooms immediately. It was out of season for the pool, and we did not see or use the hot tub. Breakfast offered bananas and oranges, biscuits and gravy, and 4 cereal choices. The coffee from the lobby was good with three nice creamer choices. The lobby was as pictured. The room 2 looked identical to what was pictured. The price was around $50 per night."
