"The images online are very misleading. The Econo Lodge part is the outdated two story building in the back, not the one in the front. Anyone, hotel guests or not, can access the building. Your room door is the only door you can lock. The carpet was like soaked in smoke even when it claims to be a smoke-free facility. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. Though the front desk staff immediately changed the room for us, the second room was only slightly better with empty trash can...

"Room was nice, however sofa bed was not made and I had to go to retrieve sheets from the front desk to make it myself. Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning. "

"The property was exactly as promised!! The location on Route 151 is ideal for finding hikes, breweries and wineries. Easy to check into and love the common room with access to water, ice and coffee. This is our second time staying there and it won’t be our last! "

"The property is a beautiful old home from 1800's. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are upgraded beautifully. There are fire pits for cooler weather. It was off season so the pool and hot tubs were not available. The game room is very fun and the parlor had some snacks and drinks."

"Fantastic location, close to Waynesboro’s restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the property was beautiful. The check in and out process was simple. The staff were very responsive and informative about my trip. I would definitely recommend and will most likely stay there again for another hiking trip. "

"Beautiful suite! Fast wifi. Washer/dryer in big walk in closet. Keurig in kitchen. Nice big bathroom. My only negatives were that it wasn't as accessible as i thought. My wheelchair fit through doors, but there wasn't a grab bar near the toilet or in the tub/shower. Also the bed wasnt very comfortable. But everything else was excellent! "

"This facility is close to shopping in Waynesboro and Stuarts Draft. Sherando Park nearby is lovely."

"Flies in the breakfast area. So didn't eat breakfast. The room didn't look clean either and we were assigned room in the basement. Morning staff were good but have nothing to say about the night staff."

"The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before."
