"Kiedy przyjechałam w sobotę wieczorem prosto z lotniska do hostelu okazało się, że nie ma dla mnie pokoju. Właścicielka twierdziła, że nie dostała potwierdzenia z hotel.com. Nie zrobiła też nic aby pomóc znaleźć mi inny nocleg. Stwierdziła, że od następnego dnia ma już wolny pokój i będę mogła w nim zamieszkać, ale za cenę o 30% wyższą niż ta która była na moim potwierdzeniu rezerwacji.
