"The Executive Floor is probably the best way to experience the Hotel, You get access to the lounge and you can basically go any time before 8pm and have different selections. My Wife and I had a great time"

"Clean and well provisioned hotel that exits onto a train station for easy travel. Free tea and coffee from a machine in the foyer meant you can leave everyday coffee in hand to walk to Ginza and the shops. Amenities in the room were very good with daily refresh of the serum/face wash/moisturiser sachets. Very clean. Very helpful staff. We didn’t try the restaurants but did have a drink in the bar overlooking the large windows and city view. We would use this hotel again."

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here."
