"We did lose air conditioning for a day, but I think they were doing maintenance. Other than that, the reception staff and cleaning staff were amazing! "Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. If you like shopping, hotel is within walking distance to great shopping. Shibuya crossing is right outside and can view crossing from hotel. Shibuya station is right there. Breakfast is great and was a perfect option to opt in. Staff are great. Amenities are great. Hotel is perfect. We’ll be back for longer days for sure. "Very clean, very simple check in and helpful staff with a great understanding of the English language. We could not have been happier with choosing this hotel. We will stay here again if and when we find ourselves back in Tokyo. "The breakfast is worth it by itself. Rooms are clean and a decent size from what I have been hearing about rooms in Japan. Very clean and well maintained along with the rest of the property. Can not say enough about the staff. Kind, friendly and willing to help with anything. Vicinity is close to everything from shopping to eating. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
