"The air cleaner machine in the room was a nice plus; used it whenever we were in the room. The breakfast brunch was very good with a wide selection to choose from; I ate an American breakfast and my wife ate mostly Japanese dishes. Also being able to leave our luggage with the Bell Captain until time to head to the airport was very convenient."

The location of hotel is just 5 mins away from the buzzing and major bus terminal. Convenience enough yet away from the busy location. I would come back in the future. "

We had half board - food was good but probably due to communication problem, we were not served Japanese-style dinner like the local tourists. However breakfast was Japanese. There was a nice onsen too. There was a slight problem in the morning when water was cut off, but it was restored just before check out.
