"This Best Western Plus should not be priced as a mid tier plus hotel. The staff were diligent courteous and helpful but the place simply isn’t operated as a mid tier. In the first 24 hours i was treated to a domestic violence incident by one of the tenants who lived at the hotel and a fire alarm. I needed to work and couldn’t, i had to check out after less than 24 hours and incurred significant expense by having to go elsewhere on short notice. It’s fine to operate a Plus as a budget motel but...

"Conditioner was empty, no shower gel (moisturizer in the shower?), trash in the hallway outside our door, remote missing it's back, dirty pool....."

"This is a small dog-friendly motel. It was very clean.There was no fridge, microwave, coffee pot or hairdryer. There were the usual vending machines and ice maker. Situated behind a strip mall. There is tons of dining and shopping close by. It was less expensive, but very basic."

"Properly was very close to my mom’s retirement place so I am thankful for them. It needs renovation BUT the room was clean, the AC top notch, the bed comfortable and very clean… for the price, it served the purpose! Never felt unsafe… lots of women staying alone."
