"Lala Galu was absolute vibes. This beautifully located hotel offers so much you just want to take as many photos of it as you can. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. They are clean and the mattress was perfect for a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and professional and helped make our stay very comfortable. The environment is beautiful and is a really short walk to the beach. The whole vicinity just offers good vibes. We will definitely be returning to this place."

"We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach. "

"Excellent hotel right on a great fine sand beach. Very attentive staff throughout the hotel, from check in, restaurant, security, house keeping and even the gardeners. Lots of space in apartment, good facilities, including well equipped kitchen and even a laundry room. We stayed 2 weeks in total, with a few nights out on excursions and felt very safe leaving our belongings in the apartment. Miriam on reception was particularly helpful assisting us arrange various trips out. Too many good people to call out but must shout out Valeria in the restaurant and Mkala in security for all their help… as well as everyone around the pool and sun loungers who just made us really comfortable… I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a long safe relaxing stay…"

"What a gem of a property this is and the name is fitting as it can be a little difficult to find. The check in was a little slow as the women who is the mother of the owner Ann, was a little green and it took a bit longer than I would have liked. Then Cynthia took me up to the room and what a great surprise! The room was so large with a huge bedroom/living room area; large hallway with plenty of drawer and closet space; a walk in shower with many hoses and the bathroom included a bodet, two robes, slippers and plenty of towels. The service and food were outstanding provided by Cythia and Miriam. The desk was very accomodating to my needs. The pool was clean and refreshing. My only issue was the flies (perhaps some netting would help). Michael made me feel secure and the property is close to the beach, shops and banks. Compliments to the chef on the food items including a great Eggs Florentine and American Steak Sandwich. The housekeeping and pool maintenance staff were always hard at work keeping the property clean. I will definitely return when I come back to Diani Beach!"
