The downside was the bed it was the most uncomfortable bed I have stayed in in a hotel and the one pillow was so hard and lumpy we both had a really bad sleep. The Queens Hotel
Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean
