"The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain. The tv had nothing on it. Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm. Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades"

"Accueil très froid et pas aimable. Parking dans un terrain en travaux plein de boue. Arrivée dans la chambre le soir, inondation au niveau du lit. On appel la dame de la réception et elle vient en nous demandant de ne pas nous énerver. Pas de changement de chambre possible, nous dit qu'elle nous a upgradé sauf que nous avons déjà payé une chambre "deluxe".
