"Highly recommend this beautiful period property and rooms. The bed was so comfortable, views out the windows were stunning, lovely bath tub with shower. Ate dinner in the restaurant, was so fresh and tasty with beautiful views across the golf course whilst eating. The grounds are stunning. "The bed was not great. I will not return to this Marston's site. Experience was made worse as was pleased with the Blue Jay."

"Great hotel for a short stay. Staff friendly and the place was clean."

"Great food and friendly staff. Room was beautiful with all the amenities you could want"

"Good value, nice and modern"

"The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...
