We were in room 267 and had an issue trying to get hot water and we only had one bed side light which made the room depressingly dark.

Everything thing was superb the staff was very friendly. It was nice and clean. I couldn’t do enough for you. This is our third time staying in the hotel. It’s just spot on.

The building is lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff gave us a warm welcome and I can see why it receives a lot of good reviews. The down side for us was the area at night. EPIC Apartments Seel Street
all was good, great location and a great price. everything included that we needed and was a comfy stay. only gripe was we were woke up by someone hammering a wall in next door or something but as a heavy sleeper, I was soon back asleep.
