"Decent hotel. Kind of inconvenient to get to. It's also 15-20 mins from Hualien Downtown. Definitely nothing in walking distance. Would only recommend for people planning to spend majority of their time in the hotel or the ocean park. The best parts is the view and the bar. Friendly talented ..."
