"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"The staff is incredible, the location is ideal, the vibe of the place is great for all ages, and the workers go out of their way to make you feel special. If you love dogs, it’s a let friendly place and you will see a ton of them! Ski valet, in building rentals, and location at the base of Blackcomb make this a can’t miss vacation!"

"Right in the center of the village! We enjoyed the nespresso unit in the room, and housekeeping kept us stocked with pods. All staff were wonderful. We used the hot tub and sauna each day. Look for the ski valet under the pop-up tent when you return to hotel after skiing. They take your skis for overnight storage. The lobby entry does NOT face into the village, it can be hard to find if you are arriving by bus. We made the mistake of pulling bags through the village. Lots of great restaurants in...

"We had a really great stay at the Pinnacle. Amazing value. Small kitchen with the basic necessities so we could make our own meals. The marketplace with a grocery store within walking distance for a few groceries we couldn’t transport in our drive up. Hot tub was so welcome after a day on the mountain and the younger members of our group enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The big tub in the main area was kinda funny but also a hit for the younger members. Didn’t use the jets. We could walk back...

"Amazing location, spacious suite with a jacuzzi and a full kitchen, also comes with two fireplaces which was a nice surprise. The suite was very comfortable and cozy, it felt like we could stay there long-term. Pool and hot tub were open but we didn’t get a chance to try them because it was raining, so next time! Would love a mountain view, but couldn’t complain. Would highly recommend staying here."

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"Overall a great experience especially while traveling with kids. The unit has everything you’d need. Makes it easy to make your own food, wash clothing and get around. Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Location is amazing, it is right across the bus stop and everything else like bars, restaurants, lifts are walking distance. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, check in and check out were seamless. The hotel has space to leave your bags after check out (for an additional cost) which is super convenient if you're planning on catching the bus later. The room was very clean and big, I had a balcony with the view of the village, super cute. I will definitely be returning! "
