Margaritaville Resort Casino
We booked a king, dropped our luggage off. Went to concert, realized we had two queens. Contacted hotel and was informed over booking or reservation issues and that’s all they had. But, I explained it allowed me to book. Must of been after us. Needless to say, we weren’t happy.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
The facilities are a little dated. Our fridge didnt work, no cups for the coffee. But, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.

I stayed 2 seperate times. The rooms were more that adequate, but the bathrooms were in need of better cleaning. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold foods.
