"Property was clean and very accessible to the beach. Parking was limited and had to find 24 hr parking for our other vehicle. Staff was friendly for the most part. Kitchen stove had a chip in glass top on the left so it had limited use."

"Every single time we went by the front desk people had issues and needed refunds, whether it was their AC, cleanliness, etc. We ended up getting a little less than half a refund for the total amount due to the horrid smell from the amount of mold and mildew in our bathroom and room."

"Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Condo was very small and needed updating. Balcony view and patio furniture were nice. Bathroom had no counter space and the tub had mold/mildew under the stationary mat that was coming up and unglued. Shower head was rusted. Mirror in the half bathroom was rusted. Appliances in kitchen showed wear and some were rusted. Outside of door frame was rusted. Price was way too high for what you get. Would not stay here again."

"I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they mention on site is pay only and takes quarters, we couldn’t find any change machine anywhere!? There were definitely several improvements that could be made."
