"MISLEADING LISTING: ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Zero stars. This property is currently undergoing major renovations that were NOT disclosed during booking. We were forced to live in a construction zone for 3 days with constant hammering, drilling, and dust coating everything in the room. It was uninhabitable and a health hazard. Expedia support was useless—they offered a pathetic $50 credit for a ruined vacation and promised a follow-up that never happened. Do not book here unless you want to sleep in a dusty construction site."

"This hotel is a complete disaster. The mattress, duvet, and pillows, room wall are filthy, and the bathroom is overrun with mould, posing a serious health risk. The room lacks air conditioning, and upon arrival, the floor was wet from a recent mop, leaving us uncomfortable. The bathroom soap and cream containers were disgustingly dirty on the outside, and the door wouldn’t close properly due to excessive moisture. The tap water pressure is so low that filling a bucket for a bath takes an eternity. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but after all this, I have no expectations. "
