"The front desk spoke nicely and politely. The hotel is in rural area. Can smell the fresh grass in the air. But the room was terrible. Air conditioner was broken and with hot air steaming out. We asked for new room but none available. No engineer came to fix the air conditioner. We only had 2-3 hours ..."

"Nice room, ok service, breakfast ok. But swimming pool closed due to ''dirty water, sorry, just these last two days.'' Main reason why we booked was to be able to relax in the pool for a while!"
