"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes ..."
