Horrible: Manager tres agressive pretendant ne pas travailler avec Hotel.com alors que son etablissement figure bien sur Internet et que j'avais présenté ma reservation papier avec mes 2 nuits deja reglees d'avance par CB a Hotel.com. La manager a refusé de se renseigner et de téléphoner a Hotel.com et j'ai dû payer une 2ème fois en espèces pour acceder a ma chambre a 18h00 apres 30 mn d'attente et de discussions dans cet hotel pratiquement vide, probablement pour son accueil !!! Et aussi pour son equipement: par exemple, tres mauvaise reception des chaines de TV, plafond sale dans sdb...Hotel a supprimer de vos intentions de sejour.
